This Coconut Cream Dreamboat Dessert has a Golden Oreo crust, a cream cheese and Cool Whip layer, a Coconut pudding layer, more Cool Whip, and is topped off with toasted coconut. It is a super easy dessert to make and tastes just like it’s title – a dream.

Coconut lovers in da hoooouse! I can’t help but judge people who don’t like coconut a little bit. I’m pretty sure that stuff was sent straight from the gods themselves! I love it and I love baking with it even more. Or should I say, not baking? Because this dessert happens to be a delicious no-bake dessert that is super easy to make and can be whipped up in no time!

We have a couple other versions of this here on the blog. We have a vanilla version {also, one of the most popular recipes on our blog}, a pumpkin version, and a pistachio version. I’d like to say that this coconut one is my favorite, but they are all, actually, pretty equally delicious.

I was inspired to make this version, due to my new status as a REAL® Seal Dairy Diva! I did this last year as well and I was so excited when they asked me to do it again this year. They are such a great company that focus on real dairy products from cows raised in the U.S. It gets me excited when I come across the REAL® Seal on the dairy products that I love, because I know they can be trusted and are great for my family and me.

Layers of chocolate and peanut butter in these easy No Bake Peanut Butter Fudge Cheesecake Parfaits will have you licking your cup clean. Great mini dessert recipe for parties.

Chocolate and peanut butter is my kryptonite. No matter how hard I try to resist this dessert combo, I cannot do it. A few weeks ago I decided that I was going to try to do the whole sugar-free thing. Why? I’m not really sure. I mean, you guys see all the recipes I share here, right? Just imagine that times 100…that’s my kitchen and pantry 24/7.

With all the cookies, brownies, and treats that I feel the urge to bake, going sugar-free isn’t really the best option. But hey, it’s either watch what I eat or say goodbye to those skinny jeans in my closet. And since I just bought 2 new pairs, it’s bye bye sugar.

Or at least I thought it was…

  • 12 chocolate cream filled cookies (Oreos)
  • 1 – 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar + 1/3 cup, divided
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/4 cups quartered mini Reese’s peanut butter cups
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge ice cream topping

  1. Place the cookies in a food processor and pulse until the cookies are crumbs. Reserve 1 Tablespoon for garnish.
  2. Beat the cream cheese until creamy. Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar and beat again.
  3. Add the peanut butter, salt, and vanilla and beat until creamy again.
  4. In a clean, chilled mixing bowl beat the heavy cream and remaining powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold 2 cups of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Stir in 1 cup of the chopped peanut butter cups.
  6. Spoon 2 teaspoons of cookie crumbs into the bottom of 8 – 5 ounce shot glasses. Top with a large teaspoon of the peanut butter cheesecake. Tap the glasses to even out the mixture. Divide the remaining crumbs into the glasses. Spoon the remaining cheesecake on top of the crumbs. Tap the glasses again to settle the ingredients evenly.

Easy Vegan Oreos

Easy Vegan Oreos

The easiest healthiest vegan Oreos with a 3 ingredient crunchy chocolate cookie and lots of filling options. You won’t believe how simple and tasty they are!

Did you ever watch the Magic School Bus? My fellow nerdy 90s kids where are ya? Do you remember the haunted house episode about sound? Well before I lose most of you, the moral of the story is less is more. You have to take things away. You have to start with simple and only add what is absolutely necessary. That is the approach I took with these cookies. The result: easy peasy perfect gluten-free Vegan Oreos made with only 5 ingredients!

My first concern when I got this recipe request was crispy cookie?….how to make a crispy crumbly oil-free cookie? We can’t have soft chewy vegan oreos, then they’d just be whoopee pies pretending.

Based on these oatmeal cookies, I knew maple syrup had to be involved. And of course cacao powder is an integral ingredient too because chocolate. So from there, using my Magic School Bus knowledge, I added as few other ingredients as possible. And all they ended up needing was brown rice flour. Yep, just 3 ingredients and you have crunchy chocolate cookies–the ‘bread’ to our sweet sandwich.

Easy Vegan Oreos
Easy Vegan Oreos

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsps brown rice flour

  • 1 can of full fat coconut milk chilled overnight
  • 2 tbsps powdered sugar ( store-bought or homemade in the blender )

Lower fat filling options

  • Powdered peanut butter
  • OR powdered peanut butter + cacao powder
  • OR 1 banana, sliced

  1. Cookie: Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Combine all the ingredients. Mix to form a thick cookie dough.
  3. Roll into 16 balls. Arrange on a pan (or two pans) lined with parchment paper. Cover with a piece of wax paper and flatten with the bottom of a cup or jar to about 1/2 inch thickness

This simple No Bake Oreo Cheesecake looks and tastes like it could be on the menu of a high end restaurant.  Loaded up with Oreo cookies, it will be a favorite with adults and kids. Since it requires no baking, it will make for a perfect summer cheesecake.

Since my family really enjoyed our No Bake Lemon Oreo Cheesecake, I decided to make a traditional Oreo Cheesecake. All of us LOVE Oreo Cookies and these cheesecakes are so simple to whip up in just a few minutes time.

It is quite difficult to keep a package of Oreo cookies on hand because everyone loves to have Oreo’s and milk for snack and dessert. When I made my trip to the grocery this week, I bought three packages. I then stashed away two packages so I could surprise them all with this out of this world amazing No Bake Oreo Cheesecake.

I was as excited to introduce this cheesecake to the kiddos as I knew it would be as popular as my No Bake Reese’s Peanut Butter Cheesecake. These kiddos love chocolate, ha ha.

Just as I thought, they all grabbed a piece as soon as I set it on the counter after dinner last week.  Since we have a large family, desserts do not last very long around here. I do think this cheesecake tops their list of favorites. I asked around and all of them found it difficult to decide between which was better, this Oreo Cheesecake or the Peanut Butter Cheesecake. They voted even, ha ha.

Candy Cane Pie

Candy Cane Pie

Candy Cane Pie is the only dessert recipe, you’ll need this Christmas! It’s no bake pie with crumbly Oreo crust and white chocolate ganache on top. And the filling is a bomb! It’s combo of cream cheese, whipped cream, instant pudding, butter, chocolate chips and crushed candy canes!

There are still a few weeks until Thanksgiving and I’ve already shared a lot of Christmas dessert recipes. When it comes to Christmas and New Year, I’m always excited like a kid. I could hardly wait my favorite holidays to come.

To tell you the truth I made this Candy Cane Pie for Halloween. You are probably 100% sure that I’m crazy! But wait, I can explain this! On October 31 was my birthday, not just Halloween!

My little boy asked me if we could organize a party at our house. And so we had a party! It was Halloween/birthday party for a few of my closest friends and a bunch of their kids.
And a bunch of kids could eat a bunch of sweets, right?!

Candy Cane Pie
Candy Cane Pie

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter- softened
  • 1 ¼ cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (or peppermint) extract
  • 1 3.9 oz. box vanilla or white chocolate instant pudding (for 4 x ½ cups serving)
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • ½ cup crushed candy cane or peppermint candies
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

For Topping:

  • 4.5 oz. white chocolate (or white chocolate chips)
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

For Garnish:

  • 1.5 oz. semi-sweet chocolate-melted
  • Crushed candy canes
  • Snowflake sprinkles

  1. To assemble Candy Cane Pie you’ll need dish with at least 8 cup volume. I used 9.5 x 2 inch tart pan with removable bottom. If you don’t have one I suggest 9 inch springform pan or deep pie dish.
  2. To make the crust in a food processor ground whole Oreo cookies with the filling into fine crumbs. Stir in ½ cup melted butter until evenly moistened. Press the mixture in the bottom and up the sides of tart pan. Place in the freezer while you make the filling.
  3. To make the filling mix 1 ½ cups heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add ¼ confectioners’ sugar and vanilla extract and continue mixing until STIFF peaks form. You can use peppermint extract instead of vanilla, it’s up to your taste. Set aside.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese and ½ cup softened butter until smooth. Add 1 cup Confectioners’ sugar and beat until well blended.
  5. In a small heatproof bowl dissolve 2 teaspoon gelatin in 2 tablespoons cold. Set aside for 5 mins. Heat over double broiler until the gelatin has melted, set aside to cool.

These Oreo Lava cakes start with a warm chocolate cake filled with a Oreo cookies and cream lava pudding center. This easy cake doesn’t require any mixers and is a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth during this cold winter season.

It may appear that all I’ve been sharing on this blog lately are molten lava cakes. It’s true. It’s been a huge obsession lately. With the colder weather, my mind is consumed with warm desserts. I promise I’ll be sharing some other kinds of recipes after this one.

The idea is inspired by my mom’s recent visit to Chili’s. She went with my brother and they ordered an oreo lava cake for dessert, which she declared was the best dessert ever. I’ve never had Chili’s oreo lava cake, but I wanted to make my own version.

When I think lava cakes, I usually think of smaller portions and easy to make. I didn’t want to make this overly complicated and I didn’t want a recipe that would make dozens of cakes. So this simplified version makes just 4 cakes. Three for you and one for someone else.

for the cake:

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup fat-free or low fat milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

for the filling:

  • 1/4 cup instant Oreo pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup cold low fat milk

  1. In a small bowl, combine pudding mix and cold milk. Beat with a whisk until completely smooth and no lumps remain. Let mixture stand at room temperature for about 5 minutes. It should thicken into a pudding.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare four (4 oz) ramekins by spraying with PAM with flour. If you don’t have an oil spray with flour, you can also grease inside of ramekins, sprinkle generously with flour, then tap ramekins (while they are turned upside down) to get rid of excess flour.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add chopped chocolate and milk. Microwave for about 1 minute (be sure to cover bowl with a microwave-safe paper towel). Stir with a whisk until chocolate is mostly melted. Microwave again for an additional 1 minute and stir until melted chocolate is completely uniform. You can also melt chocolate with milk on the stove, over a pot of simmering water.

These gooey Oreo Marshmallow Brownies are loaded with cookie chunks and marshmallow fluff. Three times the chocolate goodness makes these brownies disappear in a hurry.

Last week my diet was sabotaged by these delicious brownies!

I mean how could I resist when the brownies were filled with
oreos and marshmallow fluff?

Brownies loaded with ooeeyy gooeey chocolate and fluff…
they were a dream come true!

I had you at the word fluff, didn’t I???
I would much rather eat these than spinach shakes…just saying!
Maybe these in the shakes instead of the green stuff???
Now that would make an awesome protein shake…ok, fine that’s a milkshake!

I just figured that if I run 3 miles every other day,
the brownie is my reward for forcing myself to exercise.
Not sure why I got the brownie on the days I didn’t run? LOL!

Plus small tiny squares don’t have as many calories…
so I can have more, right?

What? That isn’t how dieting works?
Haha! It is totally my kind of food plan!!!

Of course, that’s probably why my shorts and jeans don’t fix as well as they used to…

My husband even said they were some of the best he has had…
and that is ALOT because he is not a sweets eater!

So, I suggest you bake up a pan of brownies for yourself
(and your family, because I don’t recommend eating the whole pan by yourself)
to see for yourself just how decadent these are!

  • 1 – 9×13 brownie mix
  • 16 Oreos, broken into chunks
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chocolate chips
  • 4 Oreos, crushed

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9×13 baking pan with foil and spray with non-stick baking spray.
  2. Make the brownie mix according to the package directions. Spread 1/2 the batter in the prepared pan.
  3. Drop the marshmallow fluff by spoonfuls over the brownie batter. Use a knife to swirl gently. Sprinkle the Oreo cookie chunks over the top.
